Eligibility for Returns:

• Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
• Personalized or custom items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process:

1. Initiate a Return: To start your return, please contact our customer service at hello@goldiekids.ca
2. Receive Return Authorization: After your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
3. Pack Your Return: Securely package the item you wish to return and include the RA number in the package.

Shipping for Returns:

• Return Shipping Cost: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
• Shipping Method: We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Refund Processing:

• Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Exchanges:

• If you would like to exchange an item, please initiate the return process as outlined above. You can then place a new order for the item you wish to receive.
